Tugba Eke

Tugba started practicing yoga in 2017. It quickly became a way to not only move the body but to heal the soul. After experiencing the amazing effects that yoga can have on the mind and body, Tugba knew she wanted to share the knowledge with others as well as deepen her own practice. She decided to enroll in yoga teacher training and earned her certification with Soo Yoon through Abundant Path School of Yoga. In her classes, you can expect a blend of flows, mindfulness, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. Becoming a yoga teacher was an enlightening experience and she wants to share that light with others! Off the mat, Tugba enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her beautiful cat. She loves riding her bike, reading, trying out new healthy recipes and visiting museums and art galleries in NYC. Tugba is an 200-hour Certified RYT with Yoga Alliance.

Rose Zara

Rose started practicing yoga over 10 years ago at Juluka with Mandy Grant. What began as a fun way to exercise quickly became a lifestyle. She soon realized the amazing benefits of yoga on the mind and body. After years of dedicated practice, Rose took the next step and enrolled in Abundant Path 200-Hour Teacher Training with Soo and the teachers at Release Yoga Studio. It was a rewarding journey of self-discovery and growth! She now has a deeper understanding of asanas and alignment, philosophy, history and anatomy. Her goal is to facilitate classes that unite the mind and body with variations in poses for all to join, leaving students feeling more energized and refreshed. In her free time, Rose enjoys being in nature and traveling with family and friends.

Debbie Shapiro

Debbie is a teacher, wayshower, and conscious channel whose spiritual inquiry began in 2005 and leveled up in 2013 when her studies and best efforts failed to help her manage the unmanageable parts of her life. At that point she had her first experience of spiritual surrender and awakening. Over the years, Debbie’s daily devotion to spiritual development has taken her on an ever-unfolding journey of growth and life betterment. Debbie, a Reiki Master Practitioner with a M.Ed. from Rutgers and a Certificate in Positive Psychology from Kripalu, was a high school English teacher for 20 years and a positive psychology workshop creator and facilitator for 13 years. Debbie brings this education and experience as well as years of spiritual initiations/integration, and, most recently, channeling, which she learned from Joy and Matt Kahn, to teaching spiritual education.
