Since 2008, Bryan has been exploring and learning multiple styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. In 2015, he completed his RYT-200 with Mandy Grant at Juluka Yoga Studio. He began teaching throughout New York including the Ananda Ashram, Astoria Yoga, and the Body Art Barn. His intention is to offer an open space to navigate postures and to deepen the relationship with your body and breath.
Courtney Wright
Courtney is a certified 200-hour RYT, gaining her knowledge from Soo Yoon’s Abundant Path program. She started practicing while she was in college to find some peace and balance in her life. She has continued with her practice ever since. Life is stressful and she has learned that peace within can elicit a calmness outside and finding peace with others can help to sustain a calmness within. As a registered nurse, she is a proponent of health and wellbeing and believes yoga is helpful in this regard, for mind, body and spirit. Courtney enjoys guiding her students by incorporating yogic history and philosophy and applying it to everyday life— on and off the mat. Through a strong vinyasa flow, pranayama and meditation, Courtney hopes her students feel invigorated, refreshed and at peace. During her free time, she is an avid reader and loves to cook. She is excited to share her new knowledge of this beautiful practice she loves so much and is excited to see you on the mat!
Tugba Eke
Tugba started practicing yoga in 2017. It quickly became a way to not only move the body but to heal the soul. After experiencing the amazing effects that yoga can have on the mind and body, Tugba knew she wanted to share the knowledge with others as well as deepen her own practice. She decided to enroll in yoga teacher training and earned her certification with Soo Yoon through Abundant Path School of Yoga. In her classes, you can expect a blend of flows, mindfulness, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. Becoming a yoga teacher was an enlightening experience and she wants to share that light with others! Off the mat, Tugba enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her beautiful cat. She loves riding her bike, reading, trying out new healthy recipes and visiting museums and art galleries in NYC. Tugba is an 200-hour Certified RYT with Yoga Alliance.
Michelle Ribustello
Dr. Michelle Ribustello, PT, DPT, CLT, RYT-200 Michelle found her way to yoga initially as a physical practice during college and returned to consistently practicing after having her 2 children. Her practice has since evolved into incorporating meditation and studying yoga philosophy. Michelle is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has been practicing physical therapy in a variety of settings including long-term care, subacute rehabilitation, and outpatient since 2009. With a strong desire to continue her practice and learning, Michelle completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at a Yoga Alliance-certified school with other healthcare practitioners. She is currently using her knowledge gained through her teacher training with her clients to assist in their recovery and restoration of function. She is equipped with the knowledge and skills to not only strengthen and tone the body but also to modify poses/asanas for individuals of all abilities. Michelle is registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200.
Leah Pavlovich
Leah's yoga journey started in 2018 with the help of her sister-in-law. Leah always had a natural flexibility and felt it was finally time to explore & build upon it through the beautiful practice of yoga. She quickly realized how wonderful yoga is for not only the body, but for the mind & spirit. Through the power of strong vinyasa flow, mindful meditation, and pranayama techniques, Leah began to experience the benefits first hand, and wants to share it with others! She completed her RYT-200 in June 2024 with Soo Yoon at Release Yoga Studio - a place she calls her second home due to the amazing close knit & supportive community that she feels lucky to be a part of! Leah looks forward to guiding you through a fun & energetic flow that will leave you feeling strong & empowered! When she's not on her mat, Leah lives in Hillsdale with her husband & enjoys the beach & a nice glass of wine!
Debbie Shapiro
Debbie is a teacher, wayshower, and conscious channel whose spiritual inquiry began in 2005 and leveled up in 2013 when her studies and best efforts failed to help her manage the unmanageable parts of her life. At that point she had her first experience of spiritual surrender and awakening. Over the years, Debbie’s daily devotion to spiritual development has taken her on an ever-unfolding journey of growth and life betterment. Debbie, a Reiki Master Practitioner with a M.Ed. from Rutgers and a Certificate in Positive Psychology from Kripalu, was a high school English teacher for 20 years and a positive psychology workshop creator and facilitator for 13 years. Debbie brings this education and experience as well as years of spiritual initiations/integration, and, most recently, channeling, which she learned from Joy and Matt Kahn, to teaching spiritual education.
Mike Abene
Mike is a seasoned yoga teacher with over 13 years of teaching experience and 16 years of personal practice. Mike attended his first hot yoga class on a dare in February of 2009 and was immediately hooked. As a matter of fact, hot yoga is still his favorite workout! Certified by Yoga Alliance as an ERYT-200, he is also a dedicated Yoga Teacher trainer. Mike lives by the motto, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear,” and he brings that mindset into every class he teaches.
Rebecca Tang
Rebecca Tang, a fashion designer, an NPC bikini competitor, a marathon runner, and a 200-RTY with certification in Breathwork. She brings her energy, style, and grace to create a technique-driven, results-oriented workout for building a strong, mobile, and resilient body. Her focus is to help clients develop proper form and avoid injury, making each pose count, holding poses longer for muscle engagement to build real strength and flexibility. Rebecca’s classes also emphasize proper alignment, posture, and target specific muscles. She combines her background and experience to help people feel physically stronger and healthier, making yoga accessible and effective for all.
