Full Body Stretch

This class is designed to help lengthen and loosen all that is “stuck” in the body and mind. Stretching releases tension, increases mobility, enhances stamina and helps create flexibility in the body. Students will be guided through a variety of shapes and movements, using props, to release tight muscles while creating body equilibrium and breath awareness. A slow but deep practice, targeting chronically tight areas such as the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, hamstrings and quads. All levels welcome.
