Start your week off with a one-hour practice designed to awaken the mind and body. Many hours working and sitting at our desks can cause unhealthy patterns to form in our bodies. Give yourself this time at the beginning of the week to create a strong foundation by centering your thoughts and opening your body in a gentle, yet strong practice. Practice focuses on building strength and balance with standing postures using light weights, blocks and straps to intensify or modify your own practice. Give yourself the gift of self-care and set a positive, healthy intention for your whole week. It might be just what you need to change your inner dialogue.
