Alex began practicing yoga to relieve stress and anxiety. She quickly learned about asana sequencing and breathing techniques, and experienced that when practicing both, it profoundly benefitted her, physically, mentally, and emotionally. After practicing for six years, Alex pursued a 200hr RYT yoga teacher certification to offer others the joy that yoga has given to her. Alex teaches various styles of yoga, including vinyasa, yin, and prenatal. Off the mat, Alex enjoys plants, cooking, and going to the beach. Alex’s class will focus on linking breath to movement.
